I have always had fantastic and clear communication when asked for. Service that goes beyond the mark in my experience

In all my time of either buying renting or selling I have never been treated so badly as I have been with TPR,.The Property management Assistant treats The renters with contempt,she talks over people and won't listen to what they have to say.lol and she prides herself on customer service...she made accusations before she checked things out. She needs to remember if there are no tenants then she doesn't have a job!!.They took so long to do anything about repairs/,mice issues. Never followed up on things..I had to keep on to them.Yep and the poor receptionists have to deal with it all.They rarely returned calls .very poor and very stressful in my time of renting with them..More so in last 6 months..tpr and owner..I feel very worried about future tenants

Sales team was brilliant and professional! But if you are a renter don't bother. TPR property management leaves everything to the receptionists to deal with, and takes months to follow up with any tenant issues. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.

We sold our property with Renee & Danielle. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism and response to any question or worry that we had. Nothing was ever too much effort for them. Renee was always honest, reliable and she made a huge impact on our 9 year old daughter, who calls Renee her idol. We can not recommend Renee Vanson highly enough on the recent sale of our top end property in Mountain River (Jan 2018).
