My experience involves Aga leaving a 300kg stove on the driveway. How do we get inside? Call Aga Australia. Couldn’t be less interested, was told they don’t help with installation and not referee to tech support. Called installation at Aga UK. They were shocked that this was the process in Australia and gave some helpful advice. They install theirs.But surely this is SERIOUS health and safety issue to expect customers to deal with such a heavy object.DON’T RISK BUYING AN AGA!Jay

Had the worst customer service over buying an oven with AGA. The sales rep Melanie is rude and unhelpful. The importers were fantastic and extremely helpful but once AGA has your money all pleasantries go out the window. Wouldn’t buy an oven from here again.
