Terrible experience with parking (car park 2). Have already spent 30 min trying to exit without any movement at all. The queue is endless with no hope of getting out of the car park any time soon; update - another 20 min (total so far - 50 min) without any movement.

Saw Michael Buble on June 10, a great show, not, bad seat for a last minute buy but food and beverage options such a let down, hugely over priced in the venue and minimal, snacks only, i opted for McDonald's before the show up the road, such a shame I saw a show back when it was Allphones in 2014 and it was alot better venue, only one place for merchandise, the Sydney Entertainment centre used to sell it at 2 or 3 entrances, got to think a lot has gone down hill since covid, but it has all over in a lot of places

Arena itself is very well organized and all the staff for the shows really exactly know what they do and what the audience needs! The combinations od above makes much easier and more enjoyable for watching the show!

It was our first time to the basketball at Qudos. Plenty of places to eat, we thought the food options were the same but did notice wood fired pizza on the lower level. We were in the second tier and view was fantastic and unobstructed. Plenty of atmosphere which made watching the game enjoyable. Kids also enjoyed the entertainment. Will be back.

Qudos Bank Arena is easy to navigate for such a big arena. The signage is easy to read and staff is helpful with directions to get to allocated section and seating. There are ample toilets near each door section and food and beverage venues throughout so the lines are not long. Merchandise queues can get pretty long and slow though.Closest parking is P1 and has a flat rate of $30 for pre-booked online. It’s the best option to ensure close parking on big event nights. The car park also has toilets.

I just loved being here.. during concerts there are so many people but they can still manage it very nicely.. there are shops with food and drinks if you need any.. there are fresh rooms if you need to use.. the place is very gorgeous and you will have a great time here!

A great atmosphere, the lighting and sound were brilliant. We had great views from where we were seated, section 34-3. You are able to purchase food, drinks, and snacks. The seats were a little uncomfortable, especially when you were sitting for a long time. Overall, it was a fantastic concert venue. If you are parking use P1, it is the closest to the venue, but be patient on exiting as it will take a while.

BACKSTREET BOYS!!!We came here for their DNA world tour and it was epic! This was by far the greatest major concert I have ever been to. The arena was fairly fast and easy to enter, the exterior of the building looked simple but the interior (where the performance was) was massive! It can fit over 20k people. The food there was very basic and not that great, the merch line-up took an hour so that was the only annoying part about the night. Catching an uber home after the event was another obstacle, because the pick-up location was confusing to figure out. But overal, the arena was iconic and memorable. The performance was incredible. We got to stand at the front area, we were so close to the Backstreet Boys. Im 1000% certain Brian waved at me but whatever. I will one hundred percent be returning for another event!!
