Removed our old insulation and replaced with new batts in not very nice winters weather. Work was done very efficiently. Workers were very polite and left our house in a clean and presentable condition. Would recommend them

Please avoid this company. They didn't do their job right. It's a very dodgy company. You just don't know what they have done on your ceiling. 6 months ago I quoted them to remove the old cellulose insulation and install new padding insulation. During that time I had to ask them to come back to remove the old cellulose insulation because they missed out my media room. Thanks to their padding insulation installer found out while they're doing their job. Until 2 weeks ago I found out they didn't install the insulation padding on my media room as well. So I asked them to come back and fix the problems. They did come but today I went up and checked. there were some areas that have not installed insulation padding. I called the owner again and complaint. He offered to send someone back again. But at this time I have lost my confident and trust with this company. I am concerned if all the insulation have installed properly on my house ceiling. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY CUSTOMER

We had some ceiling works done and roof insulation installed. Joe is very informative and knowledgeable, he consistently kept us updated on where our works were at. His workers were well mannered and worked so quietly we hardly knew they were there. I would most definitely recommend Ambient Insulation.Mat

The team from Ambient Insulation did a great job clearing out the roof cavity, re-strapping some of my ceilings and putting in new insulation into my 1960s fixer-upper! Julie did a wonderful job keeping me up to date of where this project was at, and the crew were polite and cheerful.Thank you.

Not happy with how they treated us. We expected more professionalism and propmt service but was let down by how they handled our project. The sub contractors working on our site were asking us if the ceiling company was paid as they were unhappy due to not being paid ontime and being owed several weeks wages. I wouldnt be in a hurry to recommend this company as a result not only for this but the quality of work we recieved wasnt competent enough. I hope they learn to restructure there business practices in the future otherwise they will go out of work

Last week we had our old insulation taken out and replaced. The work was done on time and the operators were clean and friendly. While there they also did some minor repairs to the ceiling in our en-suite bathroom. I would recommend them to anyone wanting similar service.

Last week, I had my old insulation taken out and replaced with better R4.0 rating insulation. Also had my Gyprock ceiling and conices fixed up for a reasonable price.The Ambient guys were on time and they cleaned after the task, very professional. I am very happy with their service.Highly recommended.

At first I was skeptical after reading a few bad reviews but I wanted to gather a few quotes so I gave them a call anyways. Vincent who came to do the quote was punctual, very knowledgeable and was even able to have a look at the damp patches and cracks on my ceiling. He assured me that the company has since discontinued using the subcontractors who had let him down previously in the past. His current team with team supervisor Allan are polite and well presented. They were hard working and efficient and left my property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!!

Joe and his team cleaned out our roof space, installed new Gold Batt insulation and fixed the wonky old gyprock joins in our ceiling. They did a great job, leaving our home clean and tidy.We'd recommend them to you.
