Joselyn at North Lakes Naturally Orgainic coloured and cut my hair and to say I am delighted is an understatement. She gave me the best hair cut I have ever had. Fabulous and highly recommended

I had a great experience.. I was greeted well upon arrival and offered a menu to select a beverage right after being seated. The place is super clean. The hair stylist did a detailed consultation before washing my hair and giving me a head massage. Then she took me back to seat to dry my comb and dry my hair, but washed my hair again because she noticed dry scalp. They menthol based shampoo was fantastic. She dint rush during the haircut... and insisted on styling my hair after the cut. She made sure I was 100% satisfied... there was no pushy upselling of salon products.. just a brief mention. In fact when I asked for colouring and mentioned that I've used a natural hair colour before..she took a sample of my hair for patch test first. . I was also offered a second beverage during my service. Overall I felt had a very trusting and satisfying experience.

Just had my hair styled cut this morning by Ben. Honestly say the time he took and the care was absolutely amazing. He has a customer for life.

Joselyn has been doing my hair for over a year now. I am so confident that it will always be a great cut that I can be totally relaxed (not always my experience at other salons) I am always pleased with the result. She has a very warm and welcoming personality, and is always lighthearted and happy. Also thank you Adam for the herbal tea ! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Their products are amazing. And ideal if you have sensitive skin or allergies, like me.

I've been coming here for the past year. Joselyn is outstanding, I always see her. She is extremely helpful and friendly. She always goes above and beyond to make sure she does the best that she can do. As a customer I feel like she won't let me out the door unless I am happy with the service, which is great!

The staff are lovely, So I didn’t have the heart to tell them how much I hated the color. Way to light nothing like the pictures I showed them and my long healthy hair is now dead. :( very upsetting wish I could get my money back.
