Ian Black is a true local and real estate has been in his family for generations so if you want expert knowledge on the local area including the hinterland from a generous, honest person do yourself a favour and give him a call. In my dealings with Ian and his agency he went above and beyond and amazed me at his depth of experience in the field. It was refreshing to see an agent who cares about his community and is passionate about old fashioned customer service not just how much commission there is to be made.
