My case worker saw fit to disclose her extremely personal details that made me very uncomfortable. They do not seem to understand physical disabilities but they think it’s a selling point that they got one person with a wheelchair a job five years ago. I also had to explain to my case worker how to use pronouns in a sentence.

I was booked in with the JNP even though I have a medical exemption. They have been harassing me by booking me in for interviews before my certificates even end. And then Centrelink refuses to cancel those appointments, no, you have to call the JNP and go through the whole process of getting them to cancel it for you. Realistically, up until this point I shouldn’t have had any contact with my JNP yet it seems I’m having constant contact, even though I am on an exemption. I do not recommend this JNP for anyone, they won't help, only hinder.
