Had a technician Michael come over within 4 hours of calling office. He gave me all my options from cheapest to highest and was honest and thorough with his evaluation. Got my old door operational and gave me a quote and advice for a new door. Highly recommend

Can't speak highly enough of Metro. It's hard to find a business these days that even returns calls or emails. I left an enquiry on their website, got a call within an hour saying they could have someone around the next day to install a new motor on my roller door. The tech called when they said, arrived on time. Unfortunately couldn't do the job that day but promptly organised a new day with the right tools and more time. The receptionist, and tech Alistair were fantastic. Hats off to the owner of this business, you've gained a customer for future services etc

I contacted Metro Roller Doors as an insurance claim. A couple of challenges popped up during the process but the Professionalism and integrity of the company was fantastic. It all came together in the end and was a very successful exercise -all to my complete satisfaction.

Recommend 110%My roller door cable snapped leaving me stuck, unable to get my car out and go to work.Great service from the office and arranging an appointment time with such short notice.Technicians were on time, friendly and tidy. They went above and beyond to ensure the operation of my roller door was good prior to leaving site. In addition to this they were very informative when advising how i can maintain my roller door in the future. Excellent work guys!Pricing was very reasonable.I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Tracey and Trevor did a great job organizing our new roller door.I was very comfortable dealing with them. The door was competitively priced. The installers did a great job removing the old door and installing the new one. This was not a standard installation so hats off to them. Their customer service has been exceptional. Thanks team!!!

I called to organise a quote for a new door. After working overnight I rushed home to be ready for the person to arrive even organising a colleague to start earlier so I could catch an earlier train home.After waiting from 9am to 1pm, which was the 4 hour window I was given, I rang to cancel only to be told they were just 10 minutes away.After waiting the first 4 hours I was not ready to wait any more as I have to sleep to work again so just cancelled the quote.First impressions still last in my opinion and tradespeople seem to have no concept of being on time or communicating.

Very professional. Competitive pricing. What a great team. From the time we got the quote we were told because of delivery issues it would be about a 7 week wait which it was. As soon as the roller door arrived we were contacted & it was installed the next day. Ashley who installed it did a fantastic job. Left the job site clean & tidy. Explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend this company

Would highly recommend this fantastic company for any garage issues. After hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences with other companies I was worried about being ripped off or getting bad service when my garage door stopped working. The staff at Metro Roller Doors were transparent and honest on the phone and showed up exactly when they promised. They replaced the motor and service very quickly and cleaned up afterwards as well. Super friendly, reliable and affordable. Will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!
