Kaputar scenic drive
Hairy road up the mountain (no caravans or trailers allowed) so take your time. Fabulous camping areas for vehicles with a rooftop tent for example. Excellent facilities. Clean. Stunning views. Lots of well-marked walking trails.

Fantastic views good walks but you have watch the weather. It can be 10 c cooler than Narrabri

Information booth at start of Mt kaputar National Park. Very nice Has all the information one need s about walks, camping and picnic areas.
