Mirchi & Mime Indian restaurant
Went here for the first time with a friend, I can't describe how nice the service was, very warm and relaxing.And seriously...the food was incredible, very tasty, spicy spot on and the Naan is amazing.I've tried many Indian restaurants in Melbourne and this one is for sure a highlight to me.Definitely will be back!

A great option on High Street near the Northcote Theatre if you are after Indian food and friendly, fast service. We enjoyed garlic naan, mango lassi, mild spinach daal, mild lamb korma, almond kulfi and a very generous red wine. Many vegetarian options. Not too noisy. Roomy. Lovely staff. A very pleasant night.

We stopped by here late one Wednesday night on a whim and it was a great decision. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service made us feel like royalty. The waitress was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. We ordered two dishes with one rice to share plus pappadums, and it was plenty of food for both of us.The restaurant itself was cozy and nicely decorated. The only problem was people leaving the sliding door open - we were sitting nearby and could feel the cold breeze everytime.We will definitely book in again and enjoy the hospitality in less of a rush next time!

Mirchi & Mime is one of my favourite places on High Street! The food is incredible, a large range of veg and non veg while being very accommodating to differing spice levels. The staff are very lovely and attentive. Always a very warm welcome and extremely helpful with answering questions.I highly highly recommend this restaurant!!

The food here was really lovely and the hospitality was plentiful. The food was so well seasoned and balanced. I quite enjoyed the sweet and tangy wonder that was the Malai kofta curry with flat breads. I got take out and the portion was more than substantial. Will definitely be revisiting.
