I got my eyelashes done last night here and it not only took 1.5 hours, the two people who discussed my treatment did not disclose the extra cost in tinting my eyelashes prior (which made no difference to the look anyway?) and there was a certain language barrier to what I wanted and what I received.The beautician room was filthy, I had to ask them to clean the plastic sheet on the bed as it was oily and when I wipe with a tissues black gunk was visible.The lack of basic hygiene didn’t stop there, the beautician did not wear gloves, and kept was using the bottom of my nose and lips as a resting point for her hands whilst doing the eyelashes. This made me really uncomfortable and felt it was unnecessary.The eyelashes I asked for were natural, but ended up with full volume big - which this morning as I’ve woken up a clump of them have called out overnight on my pillow!There was no discussion about aftercare (my first time having eyelash extensions in maybe 10 years ) nor when to get them refilled etc.I spent $100 and I’m kicking myself I should have gone to a professional and clean studio .Edit: As per the below pathetic reply below “maybe we were busy??” I was there 1.5 hours and that didn’t make a difference to the shoddy work and filthy environment.DISGUSTING SERVICE - refused to refund and said it was normal to have my lashes completely fall out after one day. I’ll be making a complaint to the ACCC as they refused to refund or at least compensate me in monetary means. They said they’d fix but they’d all fall out again due to their below par pathetic and shoddy work. Disgusting.

Worst manicure I’ve had in 24 years! The girl was grumpy and seemed like she did not want to be there at all. My nails were rough on the edges and overall I didn’t feel the value for money. Won’t go back again

Worst nail salon in Sydney.The colour chart was wrong, and the nails were thick and bumpy, I asked her to remove them immediately.Even though i said i was happy to pay, the manager and nail tech argued aggressively about the colour, which was drastically different on the chart to the nail - anyone with sight could tell.The nail tech who did my nails needs more training - there is a technique that should be used with SNS to create a natural curve in the centre of the nails - these nails were flat, thick and uneven.I understand that these women may not be paid well so they rush through a service - this ends up costing the salon more - it’s business 101.I’ve never experienced such poor service in a nail salon.

I showed Tiffany what I would like and she made sure to do my design exactly the way that I wanted it. I am very pleased with my free hand nail art and I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend them.

So so so impressed with the service today. My nail technician (Laura I think!) was SO amazing. She helped me pick my colour and gave me suggestions so it looked exactly like the picture I showed. She took so much time and care - definitely the best nails I have ever had. The best salon! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10000/10!!

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years and I am always surprised by the number of poor reviews they receive.My nails are always completed beautifully and will often last 4-5 weeks. I have a baby and the girls always go out of their way to make us comfortable and even go as far as playing with the baby when she is fussy. All of the ladies in the salon are professional and show the utmost kindness to customers who treat them politely.The negative reviews I see seem to be from people who have not been clear about what they wanted. Or are just flat out racist and simply do not do this salon justice.If you want consistent beautiful nails then I highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience here. I had a shellac manicure and the person who did my nails was very rushed which resulted to in a very bad job. The polish was applied unevenly and pooled at the base of the nail making it look awful. One of the nails chipped just a few days after being done which has never happened before. After a week all the Shellac is starting to lift and it should last at least 2 weeks. I will never go back here again.

I had my nails done here today and it was an awful experience. The staff seemed nice enough so this is not a comment on them specifically but the quality of work is atrocious.I went in with a photo and was told this was fine. After the acrylic tips had been applied a second woman came over to tell me they can’t do that (the picture) and I needed to choose a colour from their chart. I explained it is a translucent base possibly OPI funny bunny and a chrome on top. She said no I had to choose from their disc. I found this difficult as it is hard to tell what is translucent or opaque on those fake white nails but I chose as closely as possible.The appointment continues and I am cut twice on two seperate fingers one is very painful. The shape is not ideal but I don’t comment as it could be as I wanted a shorter style. The nails turn out thick and completely flat no natural curve in the nail at all. The colour gets applied and it’s an opaque white. It has been several years since getting my nails done so I was not entirely sure if they would cure translucent or fade so I did not say anything as I was clear what I wanted in my initial consultation. They are now bridal nails that look like small dinosaur eggs. They’re honestly atrocious. I would never return, the small cuts were enough but the quality is also so bad they look like it was someone’s first time applying nails. There is also so much glue/acrylic under them.I wish I had said something at the time but I honestly wasn’t sure if it was just my poor experience with acrylic nails at first.
