Coffs Harbour Carpet Court

We have been into Carpet Court on numerous occasions and have had lovely service from Matt but while looking at tiles recently we were treated rather offhandedly by Donna on two occasions and decided to go elsewhere.

On the whole, I'm very impressed. The transaction was made very easy, from the showroom discussion, to the quick measure and quote. After we accepted the quote, the job was booked in the very next day. The price was competitive. The contracted installer was very professional and he did a good job. We are happy with the end result. My only gripe and I say this just as a matter of caution. I don't think that their terms of trade (requiring full payment for supply and installation) before the job was completed meets consumer Law. I think they can request full payment for the goods before installation, but not for the labour. I also think that a 30% deposit might also be a bit higher than what consumer Law says is acceptable for transactions under $20k? But, on the flip side - I can't fault the service or the quality of the product or the quality of workmanship??
