Above and beyond. Customer service was fantastic. Had no idea what I was doing but the lad at the counter didn't make me feel stupid and was helpful right from start to finish. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work. !

Everytime i go here the service is outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful, water testing is free and the chemicals are very well priced. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Good old fashioned service here :)

Kelvin and John are fantastic people to deal with. They tell you exactly what you need to enjoy your pool properly WITHOUT forcing product after product down your throat compared to other pool shops I first visited. Just an honest business that I’d much prefer to spend my money at!

Very good customer service, very accurate pool and spa water testing. Very reasonable prices and a wide range of every chemical you can think of to make your pool sparkle, glisten and clean. Highly recommended shop. I hope this review helps

Small store, but have great staff that don't push you to buy unnecessary things. Pricing is very competitive with other shops and even most online sellers.Update - watched the team here serve some new pool owners the other day.Could have easily sold them a whole bunch of extra things, but told them they weren't really necessary yet and to see how they went instead. Love a store that uses honesty to retain customers.
