Just leave it to Pan! We compared a few real estate agencies in Manningham and finally decided to deal with Pan. The market was slowing down but luckily we have made the right choice. Pan is an extraordinary property agent and auctioneer. He clearly identifies prospective buyers, understands their interests and buying potential. Pan's constructive and down-to-earth nature makes him very easy to collaborate with. He has been a strategic guide on how we approach campaigning, pricing, styling, and more. Importantly, great advice on which aspects to put priority, such as specific improvements to the property. Complex steps made simple. The sale outcome was fantastic!

Five-star Salan! Jason and Jackie were both a pleasure to deal with and I felt like I was dealing with real people, which made for a pleasant change. Highly efficient and effective with a great outcome. Jason and Jackie knew the market really well. Even though they acknowledged the challanges we faced, they also saw the strengths. Even before the first open they found the buyer who also appreciated the strengths of the property. We sold very quickly for a price that we hoped to achieve. Despite the speed, they showed calmness and avoided silly sales' pitches. Matching the right purchaser to a property seems to me to be the secret to getting the right and realistic price - this they did very well. Throughout the process they were available and realistic.
