Only my first visit to the kids section at Cotton On at the Logan Hyperdome. Not great having to go to the very back of the store to find the children's section. I found it somewhat cramped and tricky to get around others a little one. It would be frustrating going there if there were more than five others in the same confined space. Prices were higher than my usual budget, but probably okay now and then.

got good customer service at this store. staff member greeted me right away and asked if i wanted help. the register line was quick with guy at counter very friendly. would shop again.

Great shop although staff are useless....asked for an item was told no they don't have that or sell it. Turn around hanging on the shelf... didn't seem to care just went back to folding clothes

The service was fantastic. Staff very helpful and the lass on the checkout was very pleasant also the young lady on the floor was most helpful and took me straight to the item i needed and then left it at the checkout for me. Thank you cotton on.

I went here on New Year’s Day at 1pm and the lady who served me was the nicest person I’ve ever met she wasn’t too overwhelming customer service like she was just lovely and made you feel valued as a customer !!! Definitely deserves a pay rise !
