Heywoods Shepparton Motor Panel

Said my car would be fixed weeks ago and have given me multiple different dates in which it would be ready to collect. Each time I call about picking my car up, I get told a later date. Have had my car for a total of 9 weeks and still the date keeps being pushed back. Would 100% not recommend unless you don’t want your vehicle back any time soon.

Excellent service.Answered my endless questions and didn't seem to bother them with me calling to get progress updates.My car seemed to come back cleaner than when l dropped it off .Very happy

The car has been repaired for nearly 2 months, they always change the pick-up time, and they even say that the parts will arrive tomorrow. After a week, I am going to pick up the car, but they say that the parts have not arrived yet. After waiting for several days, they have no reply at all. Also didn't call to tell, this is the worst service I've had in Australia

Even one star is too much for Heywood motor panel I advise to all people please please don’t bring your car to Heywood motor panel it takes almost year to fix your car I’m just tired to ask when my car is ready to pick up and they giving me time and time and time please be safe from these motor panel.

Definitely do not recommend any one to take there vehicle to Haywood’s My vz Calais was damaged on the left hand side from tail light to driver guard when I got the call to come and pick my car up I found when I got there it had the wrong tail lights fitted it had vz berlina that are totally different and much cheaper all so the quater panel that was damaged had just been filled with (bog ) body filler instead of being replaced when a new panel so this caused the body line that meets with the rear bumper to be about a quarter of an inch off mabe more then when I looked closely at the tail light on the left damaged side it was not sitting 100% correctly as it was hard up agents the boot due to the poor repair then the rear bumper had had the flare plastic welded back on and was all so gaped incorrectly they all so had had the damaged aloy wheel painted but then one of the apprentices had re damaged the wheel whilst re fitting the tyre so they were going to send me home on 3 of my original 17 wheels and one 15 wheel I was extremely upset buy this point and left it there as it was definitely not fixed to a roadworthy standard or a satisfactory standard I got back in contact with my insurance company and requested it be re assessed and hopefully have it sent to a professional to be fixed for the second time and be fixed to quality standards. I felt more than uncomfortable having to now be getting fixed twice been left with out a car to drive for another 2-4 weeks I feel as a girl they took advantage and didn’t think I’d notice

This mob are so good in replacing things on a minor damage car that never needed replacing to up the quote its a scam for them to print money something needs to change in that industry l hope insurance companies take note no wonder our premiums are so high bloody crooks

We had a repair to the rear end from a lady who did not stop. Terrific service, repair time was shorter than they stated, & they made sure we were happy with their workmanship. A positive experience.
