United Petroleum Geelong (Pie Face)

Poor customer service, I visited pie face on 21 April at 10 am.. I fueled diesel in my van and went to pay near counter at front , till I reached der, there was two customer representatives making fun each other and not showing any respect towards the customer, this is not the first time so I’m taking some time to write a review, I’m very sorry please learn them how to treat the customer and how to respect the customer…!! I felt really very bad..

Petrol rice too high and plodding pies. Bad united store in Geelong region. I went to corio store it was very good and nice store persons. But not in geelong west.

Dont go there when the truck is delivering the fuel and dont you dare to touch the nozzle if it doesnt have the poster that fuel is not available.I was filling up petrol but the reading was so slow that made me wonder if it was actually filling it up. Then i went to the cashier and he said i got 4.58lt of fuel and i had to pay for it. And for my surprise when i returned to the car, the tank didnt filled up. I returned to the cashier and he said i got 4.58lt of fuel and because the poster was in there (actually it wasnt ) then that's the fuel i got. In short, i lost some money. Well, nice experience TO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Crooks. Used pump 14 on Sat - after filling up, the pump wouldn't stop delivering petrol - took me a while to figure out the emergency cutoff whilst petrol sloshed all over the floor. Store insisted I pay for all the fuel that went all over the floor as they can only issue refunds when manager is there: this is not a refund, this is charging a customer for your faulty equipment. Duty manager had absolutely no interest in resolving issue, it all seemed an inconvenience to him. Customer lost.

To start with, ticketed prices in store are wrong and misleading. They refused to pay me back the outstanding difference. Went back there another day and they still haven’t updated the prices... it’s pathetic. Secondly I’ve never waited so long for my pump to start, not sure if they are always busy but it’s not hard to press start for a pump.

Not a bad place, my go to fuel spot but the staff today DIDNT KNOW WHAT NOTES AND COINS I GAVE HER WERE WORTH ?! she asked me what they were and then actually had to stop and read the numbers on the notes and coins. Just seams like a bit of a joke. Equal opportunity for all but isn't that kinda 101 retail knowing the currency?Communication and professionalism is just zero there.

Was always alright until they hired a new staff member who I'm sure suffers short man syndrome especially when it comes to double cupping your long black coffee. He doesn't like it and snarkily tells you to use the serviette. Explanations of serviette not being big enough to tie to cup is disregarded and the lecture begins. Sorry mate, nowhere else cares if you do it, in fact places that make your coffee for you, actually double cup a long black automatically. Also, your cuteness is not appreciated neither is the look of doubt you give when you're told there's no fuel in response to your question. Further, the donuts, muffins etc always seem to be stale

Filthy surroundings, bins always full. I don’t Norma review any store, but seeing bins full for plenty times I couldn’t resist to review. On top of it when I reported to store owner he was rude
