Printing is very disappointing. 2 blank blue panels and 1 blank white panel….so we print the silver name on the white panel. I have a $132 ball for my daughter you can hardly read her name on. Many positive reviews this isn’t what I expectedNot ideal customer service either, explaining to me why I'm wrong, how I should have looked at socials for the ball but if I'm still unhappy apply for a refund on the printing price.

Such a good company! As a 20year old girl I’ve done a fair bit of online shopping and I have to say this has been the most brilliant customer service I’ve experienced! A private message from a human to confirm my order was highly appreciated :) the ball quality is perfect! Great present idea (I got it for my brothers 18th birthday) would recommend to get for the person who is hard to get for!

I could not have asked for a better ball it is awesome. The whole process and the professionalism of the member of staff that handled my order from start to finish. It has been a great promotional tool when we go out and do live outdoor broadcasts from basketball games.

From the friendly service,communication and delivery, our experience was amazing!! Ash was great, all 3 of my kids had their Footy bags labelled with their names in different fonts, and their basketballs also. Would definitely recommend Ash and My Ball ID and will definitely be using his services again.
