Went in for a back operation. The nursing staff that looked after me for 5 days were amazing. Competent, fantastic communicators and attentive. I was lucky enough to have Leigh, Kim, Molly, Emma, Sarah and others that helped. Really appreciated their care and support. Thank you.

After a recent fall I was admitted to ED then transferred to 5E! I was so fortunate to have been cared for by such a wonderful team! Special thanks to Emma who took such good care of me. Thank you to Nathan Donovan for putting my foot back together and for his expertise. Thanks to Sini, Narelle, Jordan and the whole team! Very best care by a beautiful team! How fortunate are we in Geelong to have such a state of the art facility and such great practitioners! God bless them all!

Had a back surgery and stayed over night. Both the nurses and doctors we very considerate and lovely. Also very thorough. Food was also really good. Had a wonderful stay

What an incredible hospital. I fractured my ankle and being away from my home in London was a very scary experience. Each member of Epworth Geelong was extremely professional, knowledgable and compassionate. Particular mention goes to Mandy and her team for going above and beyond for me to ensure I was seen quickly via my health insurance. My surgeon Mr Wilkinson made me feel completely at ease explaining the process in detail and giving me plenty of time to ask questions. It’s a huge relief to be looked after by such a brilliant surgeon in a worrying time. My nurse Ellie was wonderful and has such a gorgeous manner with patients. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness.

Staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. Not a long wait for the appointment. The atmosphere is warm And pleasant. Very grateful for the service and the overall feel of the Epworth ..

I recently had a procedure done at Geelong Epworth Hospital which would have me sleeping for a couple of nights. I can not fault my experience.From the moment I stepped inside the building the volunteers at the reception helped me to the lifts with my bags to show you the way.The check in staff" at admission were very efficient. My admission check in time was 10am and I was in the anaesthetic treatment room in my gown by 10.30amThe procedure itself went well

Our experience here was fantastic. Staff were great, super helpful, showed patience were understanding and accommodating.The positive things were the quality of meals, ability to connect your own in room entertainment (I.e Netflix, Stan), order specific meals from an epansive menu and select the time you wanted them arrived. Surgeons visited daily for Q&A sessions and expressed genuine care in your recovery.If there was one thing to improve, the parking / ticketing system for visitor parking is terrible. The machine often won't accept tickets unless they are inserted 'just right' which creates delays at the payment machine and exiting the parking lot. That said, by the third day I had it figured out but still saw lots of frustrated people.

Awesome service and care esp when covid was in full swingI had two separate orthopaedic operations 8 weeks apart and spent two stints of stay of 5 nights and 2 nights last yearI can’t express how caring and lovely all the staff were.Pain management was also kept up to date with me rarely having to ask for top up analgesiaFood services pretty amazing too with good choices If I had anything to improve it would be Diabetic snack and dessert choices they could be overhauled very basic and gets boring on long stays. However this is a minor issue in the scheme of things.

I had an MRI here yesterday and am overwhelmed with how amazingly I was treated. They showed me so much compassion and kindness. I am in acute chronic pain and when I arrived early they told me to come in and straight away got me in a bed while waiting for my appointment. The lovely nurse made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Every person I interacted with was lovely.
