I am a food delivery driver. I arrived at the store and it took 2-3 minutes for the girl to serve me. I said I was there to pick up an order. The girl looked out the back, then asked the three young guys cooking how long it would be, but nobody could find the order. The girl asked to see the order on my phone so I showed her. She kept serving other people and after waiting ten minutes I asked what was happening with my order. The girl said she had found it but it would be about fifteen minutes before it was ready. I told her that was hopeless and walked out. The staff there don't have any customer service skills at all. I have been doing good delivery for two years and 12 months ago I stopped taking orders from this place for the same reason as the incident tonight. Most of the time I have collected orders from there, it is usually a ten to fifteen minute wait at least. Terrible service and I will be telling all my friends not to go there. I will not be back

Terrible service couldn't understand the mumbling on the cash register.The burgers were lukewarm.We ordered GF buns on 2 and they were defrosting and fell apart when picked up, not fresh at all.I have eaten at other paddysmiths and it was delicious, something needs to be fixed up at the Palmy shop.

I've been looking forward to Pattysmiths opening, and to be honest a complete disappointment! Wait time was terrible, burger was raw (see pics), pretty expensive, $18 for a burger, chips and drink... I give 1 star as the staff were polite but reslly busy for not many customers at the time... it was clean and tidy but would expect that from a new place.... I'll stick with my regular a few doors down, Lukas fish and chips, where they cook the food properly and have one of the best burgers on the coast for . Won't be back.

As a manager in fast food, I can appreciate the hustle of being busy on a public holiday, and the stress it can cause. The staff here however, were shocking, for all the wrong reasons. Not only did they work with absolute 0 purpose. Not punctual at all, and speed in which the staff were working, was the catalyst for the wait times. Now I do understand that this place isn't a gourmet restaurant, but no one should ever be given raw burgers. Not only was the burger I ordered raw, I got the double Bacon burger without Lettuce. Very much a let down. When taking my meal back, 2 other customers told me to forget the replacement and just get my money back as their meals were horrible too. Upon waiting for my replacement, I witnessed multiple times where a drink was forgotten, or the burgers were just sitting on the bench waiting for the customers to ask where their meal was. Please look at the reviews before walking in, saving yourself the $$$.

Ordered through Uber Eats, arrived promptly and hot. The burger was one of the best I have ever had, and the onion rings are an experience all on their own. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner ordered 2x double beef & bacon burger meals, my partners burger was well UNDER cooked with a raw patty & no lettuce, I received a pretty good patty but no lettuce & the chips require much more seasoning, bland& unseasoned - clearly need an older manager on shift with the current staff - REGARDLESS of what budget is being worked out for public holiday rates - as a manager myself in the food business, this is highly unacceptable & unprofessional! No wonder this location has a low rating.

Food is so fresh and tasty. There hasn’t been a line for the few times that I’ve been there. Very clean and the staff are lovely. Would recommend for a nice filling lunch. The fries are cooked to perfection.

Got here at 6:50pm, was told it was a 30min wait, got the food around 7:30pm as we waited we could tell the workers were disorganised as they kept losing dockets and kept telling those waiting for the lost dockets that it’s just another 15mins, poor time management with delivery drivers orders as they’d finish one bag but forgot the rest of the order adding another 10mins for those orders. some of the staff didn’t know what they were doing and were standing around looking lost. loaded fries were too salty and the burger pattys were cold and the buns were soggy. overall the service and the food it’s self wasn’t worth the trip.
