MYND ESSENCE
I high recommend Mynd Essence. From the moment I started talking to Vera I felt welcomed, safe and able to open up to allow myself to heal. I was suffering high anxiety and I felt on edge and disconnected. Going through sessions with Vera I became connected to my family, present, safe, loved and able to cope with the difficulties and uncertainties of life with ease. I know longer suffer from anxiety.
