I have been to the Clayton, Springvale Chelsea Heights, Rowville and Nobel Park salvoes but this one is my favourite. Very tidy and organised and I have found many quality items at this store for cheap. Staff are always friendly

Just a newbie area here i saw salvos and decided to go shopping . I didn’t realise the price is too expensive for a used and donated stuff . I’ve been shopping at salvos for years and this is the first time they refuse to give me discount and what surprise me she said the item is brand new are u kidding me are we in some kind of exclusive shop here ? Does it come fresh from the warehouse ? 50$ for a shoes been worn out and not even branded lmao . This is the last time i will go to that place

I visited regularly over the last 6 months (and other stores too)and seen the stores presentation improve at times very pleasantly surprised. Obviously the workers understand their customers. Usually happy to browse but always get attention when I need it. Donations seem to come in randomly and regularly so staff need to attend to that and that means I have to be patient . I wondered if they should have an extra person or rwo in busy times? Prices always good I have told a few friends who pop in now. All said, good work team
