If you looking for a professional boat and trailer hauler then look elsewhere. After a recent job transporting my boat it’s safe to say that incompetents and lack of care were evident. Damage by poor loading techniques. If you use this company prepare for a tow truck on the delivery end at your cost. No communication and no contact to resolve any issues. Sandy in the office is an asset to the team and unfortunately in the future I wouldn’t let this company transport my wheelbarrow.Responce to owner comments:Sandy,Some points you made are not correct however I’m glad you have taken the time to respond. I would highly recommend you edit your response.Did you complete an inspection on delivery to depot before transport? No, so you assume the jockey wheel was in poor state where in fact it wasn’t. ( detail photos with times and date on file )Did you contact me “way” before delivery to tell me about damage? No, let’s be honest here…..not once was I informed of the damage by you. You told me the driver wasn’t happy to deliver to agreed address (service station ) as the trailer was to low to remove off truck. Yes you offered to deliver Boat however due to time I needed Boat delivery made on agreed date. You advised me of preferred address only. If I knew of damage to jockey wheel I would of bought one to delivery to make unloading possible.I was not told of any damage until an attempt by a third party business owner to remove boat from truck via small fork lift. Third party business owner told me of damage while waiting for truck to arrive. Once truck arrived and your driver clearly had no idea how to remove boat, After a 10 min discussion from your driver and third party to drag boat from trailer I stepped in and stoped the job. I then arranged a tow truck for SAFE removal of my boat. Not you or your company.Did you pay for tow truck because the “usual way” of unloading was not possible? No, I arranged and paid for the tow truck and jockey wheel replacement, not you!Your company finally re paid me for tow truck and jockey wheel after four weeks of phone calls and threats of legal action.How about e mails from your company stating “we are not responsible for wear and tear on your second hand boat we just ship them”So let’s be 100% clear and honest for once and stop the lies. I stand by my review and I would strongly recommend you amend response and be clear to your potential clients.Adrian.

Just moved from Sydney to the Gold coast but didn't want to tow the boat all the way. I contacted Boat and Trailer haulage they couldn't have been more helpful.1. I had asked for a specific date and it changed no issue they could help by keeping it for a short time saved us extra storage in Sydney.2. I had requested a specific date to deliver on and they called me and delivered on the day.Friendly and courteous good service. Thanks guys.

Cindy and Darren did a great job coordinating and transporting my machine. Highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the transport of equipment/boats/caravans around Australia. They are a fantastic transport company.

This Company is very professional from the time they answer the phone to the time they end the job. Extremely courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and not what I expected from a freight company. I have engaged them twice already to transport vehicles/machinery and both times I have been more than satisfied. Their pricing is very competitive as well.

Unfortunately I can't give them less than one star. Sandy is a nightmare to deal with. doesn't answer your calls, never returns call, doesn't email back. had car with them over a month and after calling over 20 times and 5 emails, got a respond back that the car has been picked up LIE" and waiting for the driver to deliver it.After 2 weeks received a call from the holding yard that not only the car hasn't been picked up

Was in need for a transport of a sailplane (in trailer) from Brisbane to Melbourne. Very quick response for quote and answering all my questions immediately. Transport happened on-time and pick-up was very easy!
