I dropped my non working computer off to the shop on the Saturday after Australia day not expecting much( given previous history with computer shops).I received a call at 1pm the following Monday (today) advising me its fixed. Not only fixed but also cleaned.Outstanding service and workmanship. Thanks Allan.

The BEST service in Cairns! So after a 4 week total disaster with another repairer in Cairns and my PC still not fixed I decided to read the reviews here. After seeing the good reviews I called Computer Obsession and spoke to Glen. He was professional, friendly and upfront about their service so I took my PC in. He gave me a fair estimate and within the day the PC was fixed with the estimate being correct. An itemized account on everything they had done was given showing exactly what had been changed and how the price to fix it was reached. Later I was also given help with a quick monitor setup over the phone as was having issue with the signal to the pc complimentary. Glen and the other owners at CO are professional, friendly and fairly priced thankyoooooou!!!!!!

This store had all the new bits and pieces that I was looking for with my new PC build. Even offered to put the CPU, heat sink and RAM on for me at no extra cost since I was buying the MOBO and other accessories there also. Saves me breaking anything thanks mate!

Highly recommend the place, got my first PC there. Dude who served me was amazing with helping me getting a decent PC for my budget, was fair on pricing, and had a lot of knowledge on the PC market (I bought mine during a huge price surge, and he helped me try and get the best deal).They'll even put the computer together for ya with no extra charge!

Would highly recommend this place, very friendly and helpful over the phone, brought a laptop in that I was hoping could be fixed but turned out to be dead, however I was told all data can be saved for a reasonable price and I'm a very happy customer. Thanks guys.
