Had my very first maternity massage with Abby today and could not be anymore relaxed. From the beginning of the consult Abby makes you feel so comfortable and her room is set up perfectly. Would 100% recommend!

I have been seeing Abby over this last year for back and neck tightness, and could not be happier with the service she provides. She is super warm and friendly and the environment she has created is extremely calming. Not only that, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and professional and explains everything that may be causing me discomfort. I have been able to incorporate her advice into my everyday life, and seeing her has become part of my self-care routine. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Have seen Abby from Indulge consistently over the past few years. She’s amazing in making you feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. Really takes the time to pin point what she can do to help and has magic hands. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Abby for a couple of years. Initially, for remedial massage every few weeks. Abby is an amazing massage therapist, and I have never felt better.Over this time, Abby expanded her business to include 1:1 Reformer classes. Having never experienced pilaties before, I could not have asked for a better instructor to introduce me to this form of fitness.Abby is extremely professional and caring, I highly recommend Holistic Alignment & Co.

Can not recommend Abby from indulge enough! Starting from the relaxing atmosphere to her commutation and of course the professionalism in the services she provides.I have been to Abby multiple times now, my most recent being a relaxing pregnancy massage at 40 weeks where she focussed on pressure points. I went into labour 24 hours later. I was super impressed and looking forward to seeing her again for a treatment.

Went in with a horrifically sore back that had been hindering me for weeks, after a nice massage, dry needling and cupping session, safe to say I walked out a new man. Abby is extremely talented, professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of healing the body and makes the whole experience feel personalised and filled with care and compassion, will definitely be returning regularly!
