I had issues with my Holman hose trigger gun; I got a very quick offer to replace it with a more suitable model. Excellent customer service.

I think their customer service is ok and they genuinely try and help however the smart watering functionality is totally dysfunctional. I have one for the front and one for the backyard. Have set up a smart water delay if it rains and it will trigger only the front or back not both. So Im the house that is watering their grass while it rains! Yeah real smart.

Absolutely terrible priduct not to mention non existant customer service. Our garden lights have stopped working after 2 years. What a waste of money. Ive emailed the company twice now and no response. You should ve ashamed of yourselves.

I have been buying more and more Holman products over the last 3 years. First the 12 station irrigation controller, irrigation valves, sprinklers hose reels, water guns, green wall and hose fittings.All are excellent quality and backed with a great warranty, even though I have never had to claim warranty.Happy to deal with a leading Australian Company and keeps my dollars here .

$135 Hose reel 30m retracting ,spring broken as it has rusted badly after only 2 years . Not suited to being outdoors!No mechanism parts available- Holman Service dept did not ring back as promised.Overpriced rubbish supplied by Bunnings .I will not be wasting my money with the Holman brand again!

I have tried to buy Holman WiFi water timer at my local Bunnings but they are sold out. So I came to sisters thinking I might get it here only to be told they don't sell it at their store. Really disappointed Holman I have bought products direct and never had a problem. Has put me off trying to buy your products.

We bought 2 x 30 metre Holman hose reels from Bunnings about 2 years ago. A hose in one of the reels went flat so I contacted Holman directly. I didn't have my receipts, wasn't sure if there would still be a warranty. Holman requested some information after responding quickly and made arrangements for me to get a replacement hose reel. It is good to know that problems will be dealt with promptly and fairly and I thank Holman for their honest response to an honest issue.

No replacement parts for my retractable hose, so have to throw it out. Everything is working fine but the hose split so I can’t replace it at all, won’t buy one of these ever again.

I own Holman retractable hoses for both the front and back yards and up until recently they have perfectly suited my needs. I did, however, expereince some problems with one of the units becoming difficult to retract, so I got in touch with Holman to tell them about the problem. Without delay, I was asked to supply a photo, and without delay again, I was given authorisation to return it to Bunnings and get a replacement. Absolutely seamless, no arguments, no begging, no frustration, just complete transparency by the supplier and a willingness to help me out, quickly. While I'm no special expert in retractable hoses, I do know a bit about poor customer service and how easy it is to damage a brand irreparably, and Holman have done nothing but enhance their standing in my eyes. GREAT STUFF guys, and thank-you. Whoever's making your decisions, writing your copy and positioning your brand, they're doing a great job, and it all seems real, keep it up! It's brands like you that inspire people like me to do better.
