Very good customer service, parts that they didn't have they could easily order. Later opening hours would have been ideal, for late pickups or for ordering. But overall a good experience.

Helpful in ordering parts, however, was told they would arrive at a certain day and time. Waited for the call, received none, so I called them. Someone had forgotten to put them on the truck. If you're not going to be able to deliver something when you said you could, at least have the courtesy to call.

Great car parts store and service. You will get served quicker than other car parts stores where you have to go looking for help. I have been to Bursons Gateshead and Raymond Terrace and they all have the same service and range of parts. Great advice also on the best parts to buy not pushing most expensive. They all have good parking and access.

Great service , friendly staff infact the best in the business, if they have not got it they will get it in, plenty of parking right out the front and back. Two minutes from the heart of Newcastle ( next door to Harvey norman outlet)

Very impressed with these guys.They organised a part to be delivered for me on the 1500 parts run (the last of the day) but the wrong part turned up.Young guy behind the counter asked his girlfriend (who was picking him up at 1600) to swing by Glendale and bring the part with her so I could get my car back on the road that day.Service like this not often seen in auto shops these days, I was very grateful and impressed, well done.
