Purchased a Giant Talon 3 from from the Giant city shop Sydney during Covid, the gears have never worked from the day I bought itgear levers were tight to change gears , double click to change gears , took it to purchase shop then other bike shops 3 new chains 3 new cassettesYesterday i broke 3 spokes so rang the boys at bike Addiction for help for repairs, while there explained the issue with the gears and low and behold they got them working its like it should have beenso hopefully I can ride more than 100km without the components wearing out and having to change the chain and cassette and drive cogs? time will tellThanks for great job and credit where its due cheers Bike Addiction

Very disappointing experience with poor customer service and rude staff.Purchased a new bike for my wife, when we went to pick it up there was not offer of assistance with setup or suspension tuning etc. When we got home and tried to go for a ride gears would not shift correctly, chain guard set up so you could not put on a 2nd water bottle cage and the shifters and brakes had been set up incorrectly.When I took it back the staff member made it very clear he was not happy to see me and had some serious attitude, made all sorts of excuses and then blamed @giant bikes for the issues.After picking it up and getting home still not fixed?Rude and unprofessional!

I had a disc brake issue - old pistons wouldn’t fully retract for changing brake pads.Took it to Bike Addiction Service on a Saturday morning.Even though they had a sign up saying booked up until end of the month the guy had a quick look.Identified the problem as old pistons corroded so impossible to fully retract.Very kindly fitted a new brake assembly same day.WOW!Great price too.So lucky!

I know zero about bikes. I needed mine fixed. These guys are clearly passionate about what they do, high quality and very happy talking to numpties like me and helping it all make sense.They also found ways to cut down the work that was needed so I wasn't paying for things I didn't need.They could have fleeced me if they wanted but I came away feeling like I was really taken care of and like I got really good value for money.

Got my full suspension bike painted with these guys. I found the experience very good. They gave me good insight of what could be done. There were a few very small imperfections but nothing I didn’t expect considering the amount of work that had to be done. Also the price was less than the quote they gave me.If you are getting your bike painted on the northern Beaches you go to these people. They know what there doing!

I recently purchased a bike for these guys and the service was impeccable.I brought both my bikes into the service team and can't recommend Shaun and his team any higher, fixing everything i needed very quickly and the service was too a very high standard.Will be coming back to Shaun in the future.:)

Legends! Had a new bike that was giving me grief and I was not looking forward to the run around going in to see specialists etc. Was basically expecting to get no info and ripped off.To my grateful surprise I ended up having the smoothest, friendly service from the Bike Mechanics. It ended up being a quick fix with a price that reflected that. They know their stuff but even better, they treat you like a human. You guys are legends!
