We went there looking for a men's rashi with a zip up front Belinda made us feel comfortable and she was helpful in helping me choose one which had long sleeves i wanted one with half sleeve no problems sleeves cut and hemmed while we chatted outstanding service would highly recommend

Jem are the best sports, dance and swimwear company in Australia. To be able to get custom made and fitted outfits and costumes of this quality is so rare, and having been a customer for over 30 years, nothing has changed. The staff will spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. And for some of the items I've had made, the prices are excellent. Clos to the city, ample parking, and the expertise you need. Sometimes there's a wait, but that just shows the popularity of Jem Designs. Quality is always top shelf, and have never had to take back anything for any reason. Plus they only use high quality fabric. Always pay the extra for the custom service, as it's so nice for things to fit perfectly. And it's great to support a long term local employer and business. Thank you Jem.

I would not recommend this company for their service or their prices. I put in an order and was quoted 324.00 for a top, crop top and shorts. I have now ordered the same from an Australian company called Sea Jewels Swimwear and have paid $220.00 for top quality swimwear. I ordered two sets. I suggest people try this company before they purchase from Jems. The service from the Perth company was exceptional where I could not say the same for Jems.I have just read Jems response and it is misleading. Don’t trust this company. If you know me contact me personally please contact me i can give you more information. I wrote this review as I don’t want others to be treated the way in which I have been treated. I am in hospital and ordered two sets and was advised that the cost would be $534.70 in total. I asked if I could get one set first and then try it on. I also said it was my intention to buy two sets but wanted the opportunity to try on the first before I purchased the second set. I was advised then that at cost would 649.70 for two sets and there was no consideration for the fact that I wanted to try on the first set first. Also I was able to get what i required from the company in Perth and was even given a voucher. The other company in Perth also does not charge postage so a very good option for SA buyers.I would not recommend Jems for their service or prices.

I had the most amazing customer service when I purchased some swimwear. Responded out of hours and accommodated me on a Public Holiday. 5 star experience- thanks a million. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. She had great knowledge about their products, designs and could easily recommend swimsuits to sit any size out shape. Best of all many of their products (bathers & dance costumes) are made on site!

I've bought swimsuits before from Jem Designs and have always been happy with their products. So when I heard that my favourite swimwear shop had reopened, I contacted Gemma on her website and easily booked a time to make an appointment to find my new swimmers. After giving Gemma my swimwear size online, she had a good variety of costumes for me to look at on arrival. It made it easy for me to choose my purchase and then easily pay with a credit card. The quality of the chlorine resistant costumes at Jem Designs are excellent. That's why I've been buying swim suits from Jem Designs for the last 10 years. Gemma was helpful, friendly and made my shopping experience enjoyable.
