I booked a blood test appointment online, it was confirmed and confirmed that day also.Get there, it’s closed? The sign on the door says open Saturdays 8am-11am, with ANOTHER NOTE saying “in the event that this enter is closed please scan QR code or call this number”.Maybe update you info and DON’T take bookings then??

Has been using our residential street in Mt Hawthorn as a queuing facility for their drive through clinic. Happy to take away the residents rights of access to their homes and put up with idling cars lining their streets 7 days of the week!! Many other clinics around that don't use and abuse loops in the legal system to line their pockets. Try Clinipath in Osborne park.

Went on a Saturday morning expecting it to be really busy. Went in straight away. The phlebotomist was very courteous, patient, very professional and efficient. It turned out to be a pleasant experience (and not the one I was dreading!). Thank you! Suzi

Staff here was polite, professional and efficient.

Drove to the drive though Covid testing. Sign says closed due to weather, call the number stated for the nearest location. Called the number, auto response no operators available.

I haven’t received my result yet. I have done the test on 06/03/22. Today is day 2 . I am waiting for the result. I tried to call but nobody receiving.

Was having a bad flu with sore troat etc, went to My GP and was sent to get Covid test. Arrive at the drive through test Westerns Diagnose mount Hawtorn but because I don’t have Medicare ( I have Bupa private health insurance) the nurse on duty refuse to test me except I pay 150$. I was feeling really really rough and scared at the same time in case I have Covid as I been having the symptoms. so I paid 150$ to get tested. It was late in the afternoon and I’m really sick so just wanted to get over it. Other why I can’t go to work as I work in a age care. But I can’t stop thinking on how this place make people without Medicare pay 150$ for simply Covid test. Government inform everyone with symptoms to get test and it’s free, so why were they charge me such amount. I still have the receipt and Dr order for the test. But I’m so highly disappointed on how this place rip me off on my worst day. Is anyone ever in the same position as me? I’m international student that don’t have Medicare.
