Only went there to get the flu vaccine through Medibank but the experience was shocking. Rude staff, the whole vaccination process was terrible. Whilst there, I also got some vitamins and they charge 1 percent for card transactions and front counter staff act like they don’t get paid enough to care. I wouldn’t go back here again and comparing to the other such as the chemist warehouse, it’s chalk and cheese!

Best pharmacy on the street. I have multiple health issues and come to pharmacy in particular because they are knowledgable and lovely.Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but I think it's because everyone knows this is the best chemist on the street so they're busy. They also take time with customers to help find the right items and explain medications to you.I'm very thankful for their service and every single staff member I have come into contact with has been delightful.

Great service, happy to help and give accurate pharmaceutical advice. Will accommodate for individual needs, and check for drug interactions. Just the right array of beauty and perfume products without being overwhelming. May cost very slightly more than the warehouse pharmacies, but makes up for it with professional service and information.

A huge thank you to the staff at Amcal Ashburton for being so patient and friendly. My wife and i had our booster shots today and whilst it was very busy the staff were amazing (despite some customers being impatient and rude). Its always a pleasure coming into this pharmacy and i would recommend it to everyone.Thank you and keep up the friendly 5 star service.

Used to be so good. Was with them for over 15 years until the staff changed recently. Scripts are lost, medications are late, records mixed. Moving to a new chemist. Terrible and unreliable.
