Fantastic company to deal with. They are always very professional with their on-time deliveries, very well priced and they take very good care of the freight. Caledonian Transport are the only transport company I use.

Had to pick up my package from their depot after waiting a week for it to be delivered, no call or notification, just poked it into a corner and forgot about it. When I asked why it wasn't delivered after multiple phonecalls I was told that they don't bother delivering to out of the way places. The rep went on to say I'm not telling you to suck eggs but ....!""

I called this company after witnessing one of your drivers having an incident with his truck. We called to check he was OK. I have amended my star rating to 5 because the person who answered the phone was friendly.

Paid to deliver to an area as subcontractor, but then say they don't deliver to that area. No notification for over eight days, just sent parcel back to original depot (where I had to pick up from) no offer of refund, no phone call, no text, no tracking. Would give zero stars.

Wont deliver to home, even though it is on the way to Geelong, will only deliver to Geelong or Ballarat, so once again have to do the 50min drive to pick up a parcel they have been paid to deliver. So I have to have the day off to go and get it......not open on the weekends.

I live in regional Victoria and called on Caledonian when I was hit with an unexpected and ridiculously high delivery fee by a store in Ballarat. Caledonian's customer service couldn't have been better. My items were delivered quickly, for a very reasonable price and the people answering phones were courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Upon receiving a text message from a caledonian transport employee, that my package was not going to be delivered because no drivers were coming my way ( my house is 20 minutes from their depot) and my only option where to pick it up or get it dropped at a friends house in the immediate surrounds of their depot. After explaining I did not known anyone there and the pick up times were not possible. They told me they would just send the package back to the sender and thats all they could do. Very unprofessional and incompetent company.

Will not deliver to addresses even though the address is less than 20kms from their Ballarat depot, on a major road and is in the Western District which their web site states that they deliver to/service.Will give any excuse not to deliver to you, they are a lazy company with no service to speak of.If you have any other option courier wise, take it.By far the worst courier i've ever dealt with, possibly the worst courier company in Australia.If i could give 0 stars i would, an absolute joke of a company.

Great service. Quick response. Highly recommended. 1st company I call when I need a delivery to or from Melbourne.The mainstream carriers lack the service that Caledonian Transport offer.And Australian owned!

Contacted Caledonian Freight to organise the return of goods from a customer. It was organised stress free (for me) within a day and then a follow up email with the connote number. Couldn't fault their prompt and thorough service.
