Bolzzen

I bought a Bolzzen scooter primarily because they are Australian made (or so I thought) and I wanted after sales service in case something went wrong with it. Six months after I bought my atom light it suddenly just died while riding. Black screen....dead. took it back to where I bought it at Hyped rides in Melbourne. I was assured it was a controller fault and that he would order a new one. After months of back and forward I am still without a working scooter. Apparently waiting on a new battery now. I tried to contact Bolzzen directly via email through their website with not even a response. Four months and still no scooter. Don't buy from this company. They have zero after sale service.After a promise that I will have my scooter back repaired this Monday (March 27).... No sign. No reply from Hyped rides. Bolzzen told me to get in touch if I still don't have my scooter as promised. But they don't have a phone number listed where you can contact and they don't reply to emails.

After researching and testing endless amounts of ebikes for about twelve months, I finally bought my Bolzzen Condor Pro from Christian a month ago and what a dream it has been. The bike has exceeded any expectations, talk about power, reliability, weight and bang for your buck. It has it all. And to top it off Christian went above and beyond to make sure I was completely informed and simply made the purchase a dream. Don't waist your time anywhere else...I simply can not recommend them enough. 10 Stars might do some justice.

Don't buy as some major parts seem generally unavailable after model run outs. Loved the Dynamo right up until both controller and battery went 18 months and 1300km from purchase at Christmas 2022. Bolzzen has no battery stocks for a model only 3 months out of date (model run out around October 2022) and having to hunt around for something that fits this particular model as apparently non standard.Now end January 2 weeks from review above… still no battery in sight. Dynamo has been in shop for almost 2 months waiting now…February no batteryNow into March. No battery.Mid March no battery. Thats 2.5 months in the shop.

Awesome company to deal with. Awesome products and awesome Scooters. The quality of these scooters are second to none. Have tried the Commando, and now own the Gladiator and gee what a weapon this thing is. I used to own a dragon gtrv2 and this is by far quite a few steps above. Don't waste your time dealing with companies that just want your money and can't answer the phone once something goes wrong. Talk to these guys instead. Christian and Beth were amazing to deal with, answered every question with care. Can't wait till my next purchase. Thanks Bolzzen

Just clocked up 500km on my Gladiator. Very happy. Ridden most days as my commuter. Good quality. No major issues. Ive adjusted power to 33kmph. Plenty for my riding style & location. Also set power to come on @ lowest setting for smooth take offs. Only complaint is dinky bell. How about a nice electric on!

These bikes are amazing. We bought 4 Bolzzen bikes (2 x condor pro and 2 x Macaw) to get out together as a family and have already done several 50km rides together. We are highly impressed and we haven’t flattened a battery yet! These bikes have performed fantastically and made riding an absolute pleasure. The bikes are really solid and the battery makes climbing hills a breeze. Christian and team at MacArthur ebikes are the best - great service and really know their stuff. Recommend these bikes very highly.

Hey i got the Bolzzen Magneto i shall say it is a blast but something unfortunate happened and I'm unsure of what to do. So Basically my e scooters charger cap wasn't on and when i was riding in the rain, I think water went in it and when i went to charge it the charger popped and started smoking. I don't know if i should by another charger because i don't want it to happen again and I'm not sure if the scooter has any internal damage from the incident, Please give me any tips on what to do, Thanks

I purchased my bolzzen dynamo pro through one of their resellers and absolutely loving the scooter, very well made and practical. I had a little mishap that required new handle bars, I contacted bolzzen who were very prompt and arranged the part i needed straight away. Great service glad i chose the dynamo pro.

There are so many wins with purchasing a Bolzzen, I'm glad I found out about this Australian Company.I can only critique from what I have brought (Gladiator 5218) and it absolutely blows me away. It is well constructed, tidy and just beautiful.The price was on point, and everyday I ride (her) I know my money has been well spent and it is so much fun. And if you may need technical support the team from Bolzzen will pick up straight away or close to it.It's fun, fun and fun. 5 Stars
