The guys at both the Brisbane and Mackay depot who packed and delivered our furniture were top notch. We moved from Brisbane to Whitsundays and they did a fantastic job .Would recommend to anyone needing a home packing and removal done. Thankyou AWESOME JOB

The crew at Grace Mackay were excellent, took a lot of care when packing and removing items from the home. Management was particularly prompt following up queries and understood our concerns. The transition turned out to be very smooth and it was good to see it was one less thing we had to worry about.Will definitely recommend these guys to anybody.

Moved my Dad from Midge Point, QLD to Russell Island, QLD which meant additional setup of barge bookings were needed but they handled it all with no issues at all.Great experience from start to end including both pickup and delivery depots. Lots of glassware and fragile items were included in the move and out of all items we only had 1 glass broken/damaged but this was due to Dad's packing. To me that's a pretty good outcome!

All the staff we dealt with in the Main Office, Rocky and Cairns were very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly from when I first contacted them to the end. They were on time when they went to pick up our stuff from the storage container and packed it into the shipping container carefully and very well. When the Container arrived in Cairns they were very prompt and careful with the unloading of our stuff. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Grace lost my computer, art projecter, and a garden box with garden tools, wouldn’t get back to me , or replace my computer, furniture damaged and delivered a week later after I had to chase it up, they advertise the professional global removalist, never again it cost me thousands of dollars to move, would trust them again they don’t even ring me back

Moving is always stressful. Our family has moved numerous times over many years. We chose Grace to move from Adelaide to Mackay, and for this trip, from Airlie Beach back to Adelaide. Our experience with every member of the process from the first phone call enquiry, through to follow up fine tuning of inventory, the people providing the uplift and delivery, were all spectacular. Everything was handled professionally and in the most respectful and friendly manner possible. If circumstances present again for an interstate move, I would not hesitate in using Grace again. A big thankyou to the heavy lifters!

The Vic end of the operation were amazing. These guys wrote THE BOOK on customer service and furniture removal. Moved from Vic to Qld. Sadly, at the Mackay end, our couch wasn't assembled correctly, a chest of drawers was ruined because the wrong drawers were forced & jammed the ball bearings in the runners. Mackay crew need to take a leaf out of the Ballarat (Vic) crew's book, tbh.
