Worst customer service by the manager.I don't know how that person became the manager of the store.Showing off attitude while serving the customers.Better someone to teach how to serve and respect the customer.Never want to visit again.

One of the longest waits I have had to wait for fast food. Charge through the roof and have to wait in excess of half hour for a meal. Yet uber drivers walk in and out in 2 min

Nando's impressed me with its spacious setting and a wide range of condiments, including my favourite XXX Hot sauce. The flavorful condiments enhanced the delicious potato and sweet potato chips, while the chicken was absolutely on point. The presence of a convenient hand washing station made the dining experience even better. Nando's is a must-visit for its delightful ambience, flavorful food, and attentive service. Can't wait to go back!

Disgusting and poor behaviour by the manager don’t know how to behave with the others saying not to use the toilet for the Uber driver. Also said don’t say anything just take the order and leave the store. Manager you get D- no customer skills at all.

We order super fuel vegie patties and they put inside chicken patties which is not good my friend is vegetarian he took one bite and vomit… this really really bad experience in nandos coburg inhave attached invoice and pic

Nice experience at nandos really looked after! Gave us a nice amount of food. They often get swamped but when it's quiet you can see how well they do and how hard they work!

Really fast service, and an excellent range of food.options. great membership program. However the establishment needed their tables cleaned more. 1/3 of the tables were empty but with plates.

Food is great. However while I waited for my food (for 40 minutes), I had plenty of time to observe the food that was sitting under the heating plate.While this food was patiently waiting to be delivered to its destination on the tables, I was able to watch multiple delivery drivers come in, and proceed to lean over the food, and talk over the plates. That is disgusting. Do you want a side of burger with your spit and beard hairs? There should be a partition put up so they are not allowed to do that, it is a food safety violation, which I would be inclined to report.While I’m on the topic of delivery drivers, it was great fun watching at least 10/15 online orders be promptly shuffled out the door, while I waited patiently for 40 minutes for my food,I had finished an exam and wanted to go out for a meal and be relaxed, but watching all of this unfold before me was as stressful as my exam.

The food was good especially the chicken. The timing.of the food coming out was good. The only thing was the bathroom facilities were very unclean, no toilet paper, and no handwash for me to wash my hands. So that's why I gave 2 stars, the cleanliness of a restaurant is very important to me.

Worst service, 45+ minute wait for a single wrap and chips no refund, discount, apology or empathy given. Not the first nandos I’ve had this experience at they really need to fix their time management and service skills.
