Saul has always been fantastic with any mac setup or issues I've had. Recently I accidentally messed up an OS update the day before I was due to go overseas. My partner has an ageing iMac that was refusing to boot properly. It was the nightmare scenario - she's in the middle of a gig and needed it fixed ASAP. Saul diagnoses a failing hard drive, had an appropriate replacement in stock, installed it and transferred all the data across. My partner was up and running again within 48 hours. Amazing. You couldn't book into the Apple store with less than 2 days notice and the local reseller has a 2 week turnaround on repairs. Saul charged very reasonably and was professional throughout. Highly, highly recommended!
