New Directions Psychology

Terrible. Stay away. The 'director' expects the patient to KNOW their treatment options and what will work (sort of makes you wonder about their education doesn't it?). No help with anything. Then they blame you because you didn't tell them what treatment you wanted. Seriously I don't understand how this is allowed. Unless my psychologist from 2014 goes back into practice I will never seek a 'psychologists' help (hahaha) again.And not to forget the threatening text, the one all 'psychologists' send their 'patients', that if you don't give them 48 hours notice you will have to pay (app $260), shows a lot of 'care' from a supposedly caring health professional. Every time I got one of those texts it played with my head.

Very happy with Nicole, she has a fantastic amount of knowledge and provides excellent coping strategies.

For a psychology clinic that should be adept in catering for mental health I was shocked by my first impression from the receptionist. She was abrupt and dismissive. I had 4 interactions with her in total, and all of them left a sour taste. I once missed a call to confirm an appointment, and when I called back (within a few minutes) I was told I was calling at a bad time and that I should just speak up and get to the point...The Psychologist herself was ok. She was nice but I did not feel like she was able to provide me with adequate treatment options.

I don't understand if there running a racket of trying to get people to not want to come back.. litelry just kept asking me what do you want me to do? Im not a psychologist i came to you for help and left feeling worse and more hopeless then ever, thanks .. don't go here don't suport them they are hacks
