What a great experience we had at this store. Not being tech savvy, we asked for advice and even though they didn't sell the product we were after, they helped find the right information to help us buy the product elsewhere. Needless to say we have been back & bought other products from them.

My experience was great, tho the trainee guy struggled a bit.However he did the right thing and went and got assistance from a senior team member.Well done.Oh I did make a purchase.

I have lived off the grid for over 15 years and I rely on Jaycar products to; generate, regulate and store wind and solar power, to enjoy music and computing and now, to keep my food cold. What has always impressed me is the quality of the products, the knowledge and courtesy of the staff. 5 stars, no doubts. Thank you Jaycar.

Friendly, helpful and encouraging. I took my son here to get some sensors and things for his projects and was so impressed at how much time the store manager was happy spend explaining everything to us. There was no attempt to sell here, just genuine helpful guidance which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back. We hope to see stem classes next year.Thanks

What a wonderful customer service experience. We met Luke who runs the store here. This guy is not only friendly and easy going but super knowledgeable on any little geek or non geek project your working on. He's helped us so many times and saved us from making errors, wasting money or just from downright hurting ourselves...lol. Can't recommend this place enough and Luke is definitely the guy you need to speak to for anything at all.

It's great to go into a store these days, and get treated like a valued customer! I had a problem with a Brass Monkey fridge/freezer, which I had bought from RTM in Townsville, Queensland. The guys here at Maitland were just so helpful within the first few minutes of my arrival, and I was soon walking out the door again, with a brand new replacement; no dramas! Thank you so much for such great service, and I would highly recommend the Maitland Jaycar store to anyone.

Great experience today, just like every other visit. My local store is Warners Bay which are also fantastic, but I was close by so I dropped into those store. They always have what I need, and everything I buy is of good quality.

I came in with a power supply from another retailer that seemed to not be working. I was pretty sure I'd have to order something online or go back to JB Hi-Fi for a lengthy warranty process to get what I needed. Jacob at Jaycar Maitland was incredibly friendly and helpful. He tested the unit and determined that it definitely was faulty and then grabbed exactly what I needed and put it together for me on the spot. I thought this was going to be a nightmare but he sorted it in five minutes. All I had to do was take it home and plug it in and everything's working perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Jacob and the team at Maitland.
