I like their coffee and all of their bakery items are quite nice and fresh out of oven for grab and go in the mornings.The guy serving the customers (and also making the coffee at the same time) in the mornings is quite friendly and is always happy to serve even if I turn up 5-10min before their opening time of 7am in the mornings.

The products are good but my god the customer service is so awful it’s practically nonexistent. Two young women behind the counter who couldn’t even stop talking to greet me and serve me for all but a few minutes. So disrespectful. Either train your staff properly or get rid of them.

Classic German Bakery choices with great coffee. Excellent choice for a pretzel afternoon tea or breakfast carb boost. It has always been busy, so the staff are under big pressure during the peak hours. A little more smile will go a long way.

10/10! The best German bakery I have been to in Sydney. I eat here every morning because the food is so fresh & tasty along with the staff being exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the great service guys!
