Very worst service. I visited this place at 4PM & the store was closed however it was supposed to be closed at 5PM. I called customer service he was rude and hanging up phone on me. 1st he said store manager might be on a break than he said he is not able to get in touch with him. After that he blamed me that I do not have appointment and told me to come on Monday. I stood their and took the appointment of 4:15PM got the Email from them confirming my appointment.. They confirmed the appointment still no one came. I recommend not to visit this place. They are not professional.

The app was quite helpful. Also booking appointments through their website was easy as well. Payments through app was easy. Also, the guys at sparks bikes always check up on you before your appointments. Accessing the invoices was made easy through the app. The scheduled servicing helped me keep the bike up to quality. The guy who is operating the Parramatta branch is amazing. He is friendly and quick on his hands while servicing. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

As I know service was very excellent. But lost my battery key the man asked 100 dollars first and it was way too much and I know their was a guy in the store who told me if you lost the key it will be 50 and he literally doubled the money. It’s seems to be unfair but some how he reduced the price to 50. But 50 is also high. Anyways everything was good.

Got my electric bike repaired from the place. Satisfied with every aspect of the job, employee was very friendly and the bike is as good as brand new. Cheaper than other places as well. 10/10 would recommend

I rented a bike for over 5 month.. I have been told it is rent to own plan. Just yesterday I went to see how many I have left to end the lease agreement. Out of no where they suddenly saying I have no such plan. And they still trying take more money. I ll consider to remove this review if they give me a good answer. They made the mistake and they have to take responsibility for that instead of asking more money.. I'll make a formal complaint in a legal department if I hvnt got a reasonable response.. please mind what you signed up for. Don't trust people..
