Was having an issue with my spark plugs and the manager stayed past close to come check it out for us and ordered the part we needed for the next day.Incredible service from the whole team. I will always go here for any of my car needs.

Lovely place, sparsely stocked in the store but the real treasure is out the back with rows of parts and tool for your projects. Front desk concierge is a wealth of knowledge and deft on the keyboard which makes frustrating conundrums easily explained.

Excellent customer first attitude. The few times they didn't have the parts I needed in stock, they got them in by the next morning. Super fast turnaround. 10/10 would recommend.

Walked in, looked around for a particular product, waited at the counter to be served. And waited, and waited. Was seen by at least 3 staff members but not acknowledged so I walked around a little more, could not find what I was looking for so back to the counter and waited, and waited. Was seen but again was not acknowledged. At least 10 min had passed since I entered the store. Got sick of waiting so I left. Found Repco a few min away. As soon as I walked in, was acknowledged, served, found the product I was looking for and left. All within 10 min. The 10 min I wasted at Bursons was well made up at Repco.
