They came and washed my car while I was at work. Didn't even need to leave my desk! And the wash was of a very high standard. Very happy!

Extremely unprofessional. They called a half hour before my appointment which was made days earlier trying to find out if they could fit in a corporate customer before me. When I told them I could not change my time they said okay and just didn't show up. When I called back they acted like they didn't know what was going on and I asked for a refund. This is the second time they did something like this, I let it go the first time thinking it was an isolated incident but this is just how they do business.

Very disappointed. WipeHero has failed for 1.5 weeks to wash my car. Their appointments have been delayed, mismanaged and rescheduled. Customer support has been intermittent and hard to get in touch with. I'm now giving up and going with a competitor.

Was sent a txt message in the day to remind me of a service to be done that afternoon, no one showed up, no one answered and no one replied to txt until late that night saying they were closed and would send someone the next day. Service on car was ok but would not deal with them again as they are not reliable.

So useless this company they force their workers to detail their cars in 30 minutes which is impossible to do a good job. Definitely not recommend. Highly suggest to look elsewhere..

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This company breaks labour laws, they have little to no quality control, no training of staff and prices are extortionate for what the service actually is. They use a waterless wash and wax by the chemical guys for the outside of the car, inside of the car and the wheels, a glass cleaner for the windows and then a vacuum for the interior. The Platinum service takes 30 mins to complete and the company is aware of this however continues to charge people for longer. Cheaper to buy all the products and do it yourself. Company never checked my background or my driving abilities before hiring me so I would not trust them with your vehicle.

absolutely shocking clean by this company , had my works cars being cleaned and they were no better than before i booked… not worth the money and from my understanding they heavily abuse their workers. poor lady cleaning my car was in tears and when i asked what was wrong she simply said it was wipeheros support staff who had been horrendously harrassing her. disgusting, i’ve made a claim with the ombudsmen to investigate their dealings and their practices. don’t expect to see them around in the next few months!!

Booked for my co-workers car.Paid $79.Booked at 1pm but the guy came at 11am withont any notice.Started at 11:20am, finished at 12:20pmDidn't even touch front door glass, wheels, and soap and wax's marks and towel marks were on everywhere.I could even wipe the marks down with my finger.My co-worker gave $15 tips to the guy cause there were a lot to do more.Still much worse than $10 automatic drive through car wash.Very unprofessional.Wasted money.

Couldn’t agree more with the recent reviews. Wipehero has some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only this, but half the time my bookings are rescheduled and when they are on time, the standard of cleaning was horrendous. Dirt still on the car, areas not properly clean.Don’t even bother with WipeHero, try one of the other mobile waterless wash services.

Used the service 3 times.1st time: fine2nd time: substandard clean. Didn't clean the areas that they said they would.3rd time: after booking several days in advance, they cancelled the night before.Won't be using them again.
