New tyres, wheel alignments and ballancing service from the guys at Baldivis branch was amazing. They also pounted out areas on our vehicle that may need attention without being too pushy. Also helped with rear brake adjustment as an additional favour for us when we mentioned that it was a little bit out. We will definitely use them again in the future for more services on our vehicles.

Mycar told me a long list of repairs etc that I needed done on my car. I decided to get my car checked at a reputable dealership instead. Turns out NOTHING was wrong with my car!! Just saved over $1k. Never returning to mycar again!!

Disgusted is an understatement.Female. Had my car serviced. Long list of problems listed with $ which was expected. Couldn’t afford to book in right away so a couple months passed and I got a second quote for these items from a competitor. They inspected my car and to my horror they informed me one of the issues my car listed for $900 to immediately repair, was absolutely NOT needed whatsoever! Not even a tiny bit!My car tried to rip me off $900 as an unsuspecting female customer.SHAME ON YOUAVOID AT ALL COSTS

Literally made a bee line for nearest tyre centre which was Mycar Tyre & Auto in Baldivis after I picked up a screw in my tyre... back tyre going flat and I needed it sorted ... the team attended to me promptly. Really great team very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending these guys. Thanks heaps team :)

Had the car into mycar Baldivis twice this past week for mechanic issues and both times Angelo the store Manager went out of his way to get me in between jobs and the odd cancellation. I’ve really appreciated his professionalism, service and the cost for the work has been surprisingly low then expected. MyCar Baldivis has been great and previously used them on several occasions. However recently, asked for a transmission flush and service - They ended up ringing me and notifying me that they don’t have the tool to undo the sump plug on transmission pan.I went to their workshop and had a look and they obviously couldn’t do it at all.Little did I know - after jacking the car a few days later we noticed a transmission leak from the fluid and it has since became worse. With MyCar Baldivis being the only people who have touched the sump plug, they didn’t seem to want to fix the issue.Now with a $650+ to have the transmission serviced and replace the pan. Disappointed. Enjoyed supporting the shop until this issue.
