We love our beautiful new pool! Could not fault Narellan Townsville. Every step of the process was communicated clearly by Graham and Renee and we were never left wondering when anything was going to happen. This was everything. Every morning since the commencement of works someone would arrive as expected. It was an amazing process to witness. We are especially impressed with the quality of the tiling work. My advice is get drop edge coping pavers, they look awesome!

We could not fault Graham and the team throughout our whole pool build. Renee was amazing and accomodating to communicate with from start to finish. The way Graham operates his team needs to be commended. My partner worked away during the whole process and Graham communicated every detail to both of us along the way. We have been living in our newly built home with our new pool for around 6 months now and we are incredibly stoked with the quality and construction of our Grandeur 7 pool. The team were great to deal with and prompt with any questions we had during the build process. I could not recommend Graham and the team at Narellan Pools in Townsville high enough. To be honest, we were a little apprehensive of the mammoth decision ahead and experience we might have after hearing some horror stories online from different customers and contractors, however this was not the case for us. From the first consult, to the final handover, we were so impressed with the honesty, helpfulness and the transparency of Graham and his team. There was no hidden fine print, or gotcha contract details that would try and catch you out! Realistic dates were given, and the schedule was followed to the letter with no hold ups or delays whatsoever. In the end it was a very enjoyable experience and I have and will only recommend Graham and his team to my family and friends for their future builds.
