While on an interstate delivery to Sydney from Melbourne my clutch blew out on a Friday before a (Very Hot) long weekend, I rang fleetserve to see if they could have a look at the problem and what they could do as i was now in a bit of a pickle. This is the first time we got our truck serviced by fleetserve.I found that there service is 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone who wants to get there trucks serviced or pink slips. The general manager Robert is a very professional in what he does. Thanks guys

These guys ripped me off. I was charged $1,400 for a service that should have at most cost $750.They charged me $10 for 'Windscreen Cleaning Concentrate', yet my Windscreen wasn't even touched.They charged me $220 for a brake test I didn't order. Overcharged for oil. $30 for grease. $40 for unnammed 'consumables'. Shipping fees on top of parts charges. $130 to replace 2 globes that were still workingThen the guy went on and on about how they have really big clients and they are really busy. I guess this means don't go there unless you have a large fleet, or they will overcharge you.I would give a lower review if I could.

Highly recommend FleetServe and the General Manager Robert. Went in for a pink slip on short notice and they fit me in. They were extremely busy, I tried my luck and asked if they could do a service, some minor repairs and a truckwash. They managed to get it all done on the same day. extremely happy with all the staff. thank you so much, will be back
