My first time taking my Golf GTI to a local mechanic. Always skeptical trying a new place, however the team at CTA were fantastic. I arrived without a booking whilst they were very busy, Joe sorted my Pink slip within an hour and i was on my way. I will definitely be using their services in the future.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable mechanic.

If you love price gouging, then you will love Croydon Tyre & Auto Service Centre.Took my car in with a puncture. They fixed it with a plug. That is where you don't remove the tyre and repair it properly with a patch, but merely shove a plug of rubber into the hole. Takes 2 minutes maximum.For that, Croydon Tyre & Auto Service Centre charged me $40 + GST (a total of $44). For 2 minutes work, that is an hourly rate of $1,200 (plus GST).Now I just have to see how long this exorbitant repair lasts.Would definitely NOT recommend.UPDATE: 17 March 2021 - 1 month later and the poor repair has already failed and the tyre is going down.

Joe and Vince are honest, forthright and detailed. I've got 2 pre-2010 cars they maintain. They're happy to take time to explain potential problems and solutions and why they do the work they do. Highly recommended.

The staff know their business inside out. They are informed and knowledgeable about all paperwork requirements for procedures required by the NSW Services Authority. They were very helpful and generous in their response to an emergency and I was provided with a driver and a lift. Much more than just Service with a Smile. In customer care this business gets a top ranking. It is a valued add on at no extra charge. Excellent service providers. Thank you to Croydon Tyre and Auto.
