I am extremely disappointed and upset that my jacket was ruined after asking for cleaning service at this place. Not only they ruined the jacket, but the staff’s attitude was unreal. The staff was not even apologetic and blamed on the manufacturer for using the material inside the jacket that it made the jacket yellow. Now I’m left with this damaged jacket that is worse than what I’ve dropped off. I am not sure how this business is still running in CBD, and I really should have read the review before I dropped the jacket off for dry cleaning service.Extremely poor customer service & ruined the jacket but still had audacity to take the payment for the job.

I am horrified at the customer service and lack of accountability of the man who runs this place. I usually support small local businesses, but this is not one that’s worth saving. I came in on Wednesday to drop off 4 table cloths that I needed for an event. I come back Friday being charged an extra $30 on top of having already paid $57 as he claimed that I had given him 6 tablecloths instead.1. The cloths he returned to me were not mine, I had exactly 4 and we counted it one by one together. My cloths had a floral print. The cloths that were given to me were severely stained and were mouldy. My original cloths had minor food stains on 1 out of 4 cloths.2. He ridicules me and says I’m stupid for thinking that the tablecloths changed prints overnight. Which is exactly my point, how could they have changed? He definitely has given away my tablecloths to someone else.3. He claimed that I had come a week ago but on the receipt it shows that I came two days before and clearly knew that he had made a mistake.4. Never said sorry, couldn’t even provide a proper refund. Ended up throwing away someone else’s table cloths in the bin.Moral of the story, don’t bother with this man - he does dirty business with low quality services. Not a business worth visiting, there are plenty of cheaper alternatives too who won’t curse at you.

I warn you to not use this service as they have a huge problem." One of the staff Gavin failed to take responsibility for burning half of a suede jacket that I had left in their care for dry cleaning amongst other garments. He had accepted the damage previously and asked to work on the jacket further to "fix" it but after failing to do so

Most abhorrent customer service I have ever received. I’m shocked that anybody in business would treat their customers’ in the disrespectful way in which I was treated.Sworn at by the owner repeatedly because I misplaced my receipt.He refused to hand over my garments despite me providing ID and bank statement detailing transaction payment only two days earlier.DO NOT use this business. Find an alternative.

Location is easy to find. On-street paid public parking available. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Staff speaks English and is friendly. Recommendations are offered for best cleaning option for items. Small and narrow interior but sufficient. Public seats are available. Cash and card payments accepted.

Terrible place. They charge to break the note for $5 and they do not have change machine. Also, 1/3 of laundry machine were out of order.

EXTREMELY rude owner who yells and swears at customers and very overpriced. I suggest reading the reviews before going unless you want your day and your clothes ruined.

Great experience！I accidentally got the shampoo on my wool coat. The staff patiently give me advice, it was very clean after dry cleaning and I could hardly see any marks. I was very grateful for it saved my coat！

I was pretty happy with the service I got here. Left some dry cleaning that was turned around in 24 hours and also used the laundromat. Machines worked well and featured temperature control on both the washers and dryers so my gear didn’t end up two sizes too small! Dude behind the counter was friendly and helpful on both of my visits.

I've been utilising the facilities on a weekly basis for 21 years - tiny apartment, no need for a wahing machine. Business, owned and managed by Gavin Lim, has provided the best of service.
