I have had bad dental experiences in the past which has put me on edge to go to dentist for a while, but after coming to see the dentists at Chatswood Dental Associates, I've never looked back! I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Treatment is always explained well so i know exactly what is going to be happening on the day or in my future appointments. Fantastic customer service from all staff and all very friendly. Thank you for looking after me.

Chatswood Dental Associates is honestly the best! I am normally scared of the Dentist, but they make me feel calm and I trust them. I live close by but if I ever moved, I would drive any distance to still come to this practice! Doctor Poh is outstanding and V too who does my 6 month dental clean! Alicia who is at the reception desk always makes me smile too! They are like family! Highly recommended!

The best dental clinic I’ve been to. Dr Poe was very thorough, professional and patient and took his time to explain everything about my issue. Also has the most advanced Equipment to scan my teeth for a jaw issue for a night guard/splint. I could see a full 3D model of my teeth on the screen which he could move around to explain. Highly recommend!

I am not comfortable and often nervous with the thought of getting my teeth worked on, but Chatswood Dental Associates are the best in the business. From the delightful Elysha who does a great job making sure we have regular appointments through to Virginia who overcomes all fears and makes the process a very pleasant and pain free experience, she takes pride in her job and does it to perfection. Dr Poe Lim is the best Dentist on the planet, he knows exactly what needs to happen and does it without fuss.

Always an outstanding service that starts from the front office team (Elysha and Kristin) who are friendly and incredibly welcoming on arrival. The professionalism is felt across the entire team. Dr. Gautam Sridhar is, in my opinion, a brilliant practitioner. I have never had any doubt whatsoever in his performance, advice or practice. He is highly recommended. Thanks Guys!

Absolutely professional and excellent dentist. From the first phone call and booking an appointment with Elysha who was more than helpful to find a time that suited. Gautam was extremely knowledgeable and the best dentist I have seen. Takes the time to explain the options and then the procedure.Awesome dentist with warm and friendly staff.

Friendly with incredibly competent and experienced team.My dentist is truly committed to getting the best outcome, and invests a good amount of time to ensure I make the best informed decisions.The team did an amazing job for a very complex issue I had - where 6 other no frills" dentists advised that "I'm screwed" and just get dentures (not an attractive option for a 29 year old).
