Peaceful simple viewing platform offers an opportunity to sit still and watch some birds. Small but pleasant.

Pattimores Lagoon
Serene lagoon with extensive wildlife especially birds. An enclosed ecosystem. It is different to the more exposed climate of Lake Conjola just a few hundred metres away. A little difficult to access, follow the tracks down to the waters edge but not too far as the ground becomes soggy at the point trees make way for beds of rushes. There's a rough path leading to a viewing platform located at the map pin (clearer on the satellite image). Not suitable for picnics or other activities as the area is naturally overgrown to protect the lagoon and its wildlife.
