Visited the devonport store today. Wasnt greeted or asked if i need any help with anything even though there were 3 people sitting around the counter chatting. Didnt even acknowledged we were there. Pretty rude. Walked out with nothing. Will shop elsewhere now.

Not a big range of products but what they have is reasonably priced and great customer service thanks to the lady there she is a gem sorry I can't remember your name

Closed the store an hour early. Staff were still in the store but wouldn’t let customers in. Several people turned around. You should consider the fact that some people may have travelled a distance to get to the store.

Fantastic customer service, super friendly and very welcoming, would highly recommend these guys for all your sporting good needs, give them a try if they don't have it they'll do their best to find it,

Walked into the store with intent to buy an exercise bike which they had in stock and on the floor, no prices were on the system or on the bike and staff were no assistance as they were unable to locate a price.If the price is not on the bike or the system the product shouldent be on the floor.

Mandi offered great customer support. Offered several choices once she knew what we were after. Highly recommend and would visit again next time we're in Devonport.

My mother purchased a pair of shoes here for a sibling under the guidance of a staff member. My brother requires orthotics and when I had a look they were no good for him at all. Within half an hour she tried to take back a brand new pair of shoes. They were completely the wrong size and they refused a refund. In addition another staff member advised her that they aren’t even suitable for orthotics. She had taken them in with her to get the right shoes in the first place. They left her very upset and I would not recommend purchasing anything here, period. We are now left with having to put in a complaint to the ACCC to get a store credit changed to a refund.
